We make custom stickers in three shapes — die-cut (cut to your design's outline), circle, and square — plus QR code stickers built from your link, and sticker packs where you mix and match from 240+ of our own original designs. Everything is printed on white vinyl with your choice of glossy or matte lamination that's water- and scratch-resistant, in sizes from about 2" up to 8".

Custom orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days after you approve your proof; sticker packs skip proofing and go straight to print. Standard shipping then usually takes about 2–5 business days, so you can expect your stickers within about a week.

We offer standard sizes from 2"x2" up to 8"x8", and die-cut or rectangular stickers can go as small as 1"x2" (the shorter side can be 1", as long as the longer side is at least 2"). Circles and squares start at 2" per side. You can also set custom dimensions using our size controls in the shop. Pricing adjusts based on the total square-inch area.

Absolutely! Our Custom Stickers option lets you upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, TIFF, or PSD files up to 25MB. We also provide a built-in background removal tool and sticker editor so you can perfect your design before ordering. Please note: we do not print copyrighted or trademarked artwork unless you can provide documentation proving you have permission or a license to use it.

Yes! If the preview isn't quite right, check "Let our team fix it" below Add to Cart in the editor and tell us what you'd like — or just tap "use your best judgment." Our designers polish your sticker by hand at no extra charge, and we email you a proof to approve before anything prints.

We welcome original artwork, personal photos, business logos, and any designs you own the rights to. However, we cannot print copyrighted or trademarked material without proof of permission or a valid license. This includes artwork created by other artists. Orders found to contain unauthorized material may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of Upgraded Prints.

Die-cutting means we cut each sticker precisely along the contour of your design instead of leaving a rectangle or square border. This gives your stickers a professional, custom look.

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface and press from one edge to the other to avoid bubbles. The lamination holds up well on water bottles, laptops, and car windows. Very textured or rough surfaces reduce how well the adhesive can grip.

Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number, and you can check the status anytime from our Track Order page or by asking the support chat "where is my order?"

Because each order is custom-made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right — reach out with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.

Die-cut stickers are cut through both the sticker and backing paper to match the shape of the design. Kiss-cut stickers are cut around the design while leaving a larger backing border around the sticker. We currently offer die-cut stickers, while kiss-cut stickers are planned for the future.

A sticker sheet includes multiple individual stickers arranged together on one larger backing sheet. Sticker sheets are not currently available, but we plan to offer them in the future.

Not a single sticker on its own — custom orders need 25 per design, and sticker packs need 25 total. In a sticker pack, though, you can include just 1 or 2 of a favorite design as long as the whole pack adds up to 25. For a small taste of our quality, the 10-piece sample pack ($9) has assorted stickers selected by our team.

Yes. For helmets, follow the manufacturer's care and safety guidance, and do not cover vents, warning labels, or other safety information.

Yes. Stickers adhere best to smooth, clean, and dry glass. Stickers placed indoors will generally last longer, while outdoor glass exposes them to more sunlight, heat, moisture, and weather, which may gradually affect the color and adhesive.

Smooth, flat, clean surfaces provide the strongest adhesion. Some lightly textured surfaces may work, but deep textures, porous materials, uneven surfaces, and surfaces that flex or shed can prevent the adhesive from making full contact. Ask what the customer wants to place the sticker on before recommending it, and suggest testing a small area when the surface is uncertain.

You can upload PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, PDF, AI (Illustrator), TIFF and PSD (Photoshop) files up to 25MB. On die-cut, circle and square stickers they all get the full experience — an on-screen preview, background removal, and instant size and border changes. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is the easiest place to start, and vector files (SVG, or a PDF/AI saved as vector) are the sharpest because they scale perfectly to any size. CMYK files are fine; we handle the colour conversion. This applies to every sticker we make, QR code stickers included.

Yes. PNG files are fully supported and work with the on-screen preview, editor, enhancement, and background-removal tools. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is the recommended format.

Yes. JPG and JPEG files are fully supported and can be used with the preview and editing tools. For the best print quality, upload the highest-resolution version available.

Yes, and it now works just like a PNG. PDF files up to 25MB are accepted on die-cut, circle and square stickers with a full on-screen preview, background removal and the editor — and your original PDF is still what we keep as the print artwork. CMYK print PDFs straight out of Illustrator or InDesign are fine; we handle the colour conversion. If a PDF has more than one page we print the first page and tell you on screen, so send single-page artwork when you can. QR code stickers take PDFs too — including the small logo you can drop in the middle of the code.

SVG, AI and PSD are all accepted. SVG and AI show a crisp preview with the full editor, and your original vector file is what we keep as the print artwork. PSD (Photoshop) works too, with one condition: the file needs a flattened preview saved inside it, which is what Photoshop's "Maximize Compatibility" option does (Preferences → File Handling — it is on by default). Without it we will tell you on screen rather than guess, because rebuilding your layers ourselves could print something different from what you designed; just re-save with that option ticked, or send a PNG. One catch on AI: files saved by very old versions of Illustrator are not PDF-based, so if yours is refused, re-save it from Illustrator with "Create PDF Compatible File" turned on and it will work.

Yes. Our editor includes a one-tap background-removal tool that works on any photo-based upload — PNG, JPG/JPEG, and PDF or TIFF files that contain a photo. Vector art (SVG, or a PDF/AI saved as vector) does not need it: the artwork's own shape is already the cut. Turn it on after uploading to see the cut-out in the live preview; if an edge needs extra attention, add a note in Special Instructions so our team can review it during proofing.

Yes. A clean white border is enabled by default, and you can see it in the live preview before ordering. You can keep it white, choose another border color, select a thin, medium, or thick border, round the corners, or turn the border off.

Yes. Die-cut is the default cut style and follows the outline of your design for a clean custom shape. You can also choose a circle, square, or rounded-corner shape instead.

Often, yes. Our editor includes an AI-powered Enhance tool that can sharpen and upscale a low-resolution or slightly blurry PNG or JPG/JPEG image. You can preview the result before ordering, but extremely small, heavily pixelated, or badly blurred images may still need a higher-quality original.

Yes, you can upload a screenshot if it is saved as a supported PNG or JPG/JPEG file. Screenshots are often lower resolution and may look soft or pixelated when printed at larger sizes, so check the editor's live quality rating, try the Enhance tool, choose a smaller sticker size, or upload the highest-resolution original available.

Aim for approximately 300 DPI at your selected sticker size. As a quick guide, multiply each printed dimension in inches by 300, so a 3-by-3-inch sticker looks best with an image around 900 by 900 pixels or larger. The editor updates the quality rating as you change sizes, and SVG files scale without pixelation.

The editor checks your image against the sticker size you select and displays a live quality rating. For raster images, 300 DPI or higher is Excellent, 200 to 299 DPI is Good, 150 to 199 DPI is Fair and may show some pixels, and below 150 DPI is Low and likely to look pixelated. If the rating is Fair or Low, try Enhance, choose a smaller size, or upload a higher-resolution image; SVG files scale cleanly without pixelation.

Yes. Upload your logo and our editor can help remove the background, add a die-cut border, and size it for print. If the artwork needs a small cleanup or adjustment, include the request in Special Instructions and our team will prepare a proof for your approval before printing.

Yes. Export your Canva design and upload it to our website; we do not connect directly to Canva. For the best result, use a high-resolution PNG, preferably with a transparent background when appropriate, or export as PDF or SVG.

For the smoothest experience, we recommend uploading your final artwork and placing your order once it's ready. If you still need to send or change your artwork afterward, just email [email protected] as soon as possible - we can update it as long as your order hasn't entered production yet. Keep in mind that approving your proof usually sends the order to printing, so after you've approved it, changes typically aren't possible.

Yes, as long as your order has not entered production - which happens once you approve your proof, or are deemed to have approved it. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible with the updated artwork or requested changes; you can review the revised proof before approving it for print. After that, further artwork changes may not be possible.

We do not currently create original custom artwork from scratch, but we can help turn your existing artwork into a print-ready sticker. Our editor supports background removal, borders, cut shapes, sizing, and image enhancement — and if the result isn't quite right, check "Let our team fix it" below Add to Cart and our designers will polish it by hand at no extra charge, with an emailed proof to approve before anything prints.

We print from the colors provided in your uploaded artwork, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to a screen, previous print, physical sample, or specific brand color. Screens use RGB light while printing uses CMYK inks, so some color variation is normal; the proof can help review the overall appearance, but it is not a guarantee of an exact printed color match.

If we do not hear back within 2 business days of sending it, our Terms let us treat the proof as approved and print the artwork as submitted, so keep an eye out for the email - we send reminders first. The exception is a file we shouldn't print unreviewed, like artwork that's too low-resolution; those wait for you instead.

Proofs are usually sent the same business day or the next. We work Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm Pacific and are closed on U.S. public holidays, so an order placed at or after 6pm on a Friday will usually get its proof on Monday. More complex artwork, requested edits, or unusually high order volume may require additional time.

If something isn't right, just reply with what to change and we'll send an updated one. If we don't hear from you at all, we send reminders during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm Pacific); after that our Terms let us treat the proof as approved and print the artwork as submitted. The window is up to 2 business days, and never more than 5 calendar days, counted from when we send the proof - weekends and holidays don't count against it, and the 5 calendar days is an outer limit so it can never stretch further than that. The exception is an order we shouldn't print unreviewed - artwork that is too low-resolution, a QR code that won't scan at the size you chose, or artwork we can't trace a clean cut line on. Those wait for your answer instead of printing, and we'll keep trying to reach you.

Original artwork you made yourself is always welcome - that's most of what we print. So is a photo you took, your own business's logo, a design you commissioned where your agreement gives you the rights, and anything else you hold a licence or written permission for. What we can't print is artwork that isn't yours to use, and drawing or recreating a brand or character yourself doesn't grant those rights. If something looks like it may belong to someone else we'll pause and ask before printing - usually a quick confirmation is all it takes - and where it's clearly someone else's we may ask to see the licence or permission. If the rights can't be shown we cancel and refund in full; we won't print it and we won't keep your money.

Absolutely - just reply with what you'd like adjusted and we'll send a revised proof. Most designs are right after one round, and we'll keep going if yours needs another. Each revised proof starts a fresh review window and printing begins when you approve it, so the timeline moves along with the changes.

Yes - if your uploaded artwork looks low-resolution or likely to print blurry, we'll flag it and reach out (often with our Enhance tool applied) so you can decide before we print. Our editor also shows a live quality rating the moment you upload.

Your proof shows the colors we'll print, but exact color can look a little different on your screen depending on your monitor's brightness and calibration - screens use RGB light, printing uses CMYK inks. It's the best preview available; just know a physical print can vary slightly from any screen.

It is a digital proof, an on-screen preview showing how your edited artwork, cut shape, border, and sizing are expected to look. It is not a physical printed sample; if you would like to see and feel our material and print quality in person, you can order a sample pack.

Proof approval is currently required for custom orders, so the proof cannot be skipped at this time. We will send the digital proof for your review and wait for your response; if none arrives within 2 business days, our Terms let us treat it as approved and print the artwork as submitted. Sticker packs are the exception — they have no proof step because the design isn't edited or customized — it goes straight to print as-is.

Yes. Our sample pack is $9 for 10 assorted stickers in mixed sizes and finishes, so you can feel the material and print quality before placing a larger order. Shipping is free when you add a second pack or any other item. Please note that the sample pack contains our own assorted designs, not your custom artwork.

We offer one standard adhesive rather than a separate removable or repositionable option. You can peel a sticker off, but our stickers are made to be applied once, so removing and reapplying can weaken the adhesive over time.

The laminated surface is not really designed for writing, so ballpoint or gel pens may smear or not take well. If you want a write-on sticker, such as a name tag, let us know and we can suggest the best setup.

We do not currently offer labels on rolls. Depending on your needs, a custom die-cut sticker may work as an alternative for packaging or branding.

After your order ships, standard shipping within the United States usually takes about 2–5 business days. All together - proof approval, printing, and shipping - most orders arrive within about a week, depending on the order size and how quickly the proof is approved.

Yes. If you are on a deadline, add a note in Special Instructions or email [email protected] and we will do our best to prioritize your order. Faster shipping may also be available for an additional charge.

We work Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm Pacific, and we're closed on U.S. public holidays. Proofs and replies go out during those hours, so an order placed at or after 6pm on a Friday will usually get its proof on Monday - and because your 2 business days to approve a proof is counted in business days, a weekend or a holiday never counts against it. You can email or message us any time; we'll pick it up when we're next open, and sometimes sooner.

We do not currently offer local pickup. All orders are printed and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

At this time we ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to begin updating after a label is created, and carriers sometimes have scan delays along the way. If your tracking has not moved after a couple of business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

We are sorry for the trouble. Carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered a little early, so first check around your mailbox and porch and with anyone else at your address, and confirm the shipping address on your order is correct. If it still has not arrived after 24 to 48 hours, email [email protected] with your order number and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.

Each order ships to a single address. If you would like items sent to different addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the address - just email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change it, but we can help you follow up with the carrier.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production. Once you approve your proof - or are deemed to have approved it because we did not hear back in time - your order moves toward production and generally cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

Yes. Visit our Reorder page, look up your past order with your order number and the email you used, and re-add the items to your cart. It is the quickest way to order the same design again.

Like most US retailers, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states, based on your shipping address and local tax laws. It is calculated automatically at checkout, so the exact amount depends on where your order is going.

No — just paste your link and we generate a real, scannable QR code from it automatically. There's nothing to design or download on your end.

Any web address — your website, online menu, Google review page, social profile, booking form, playlist, and more. It just needs to be a full link (like https://yourshop.com), not a plain word.

No — the destination is locked into the code once it's printed, so it always opens the link you entered. If your link changes later, just order a new batch with the updated one.

Yes. We print it at high resolution on the same weatherproof white vinyl as our other stickers and keep the contrast and quiet space a scanner needs. Bigger sizes scan from farther away, and you can preview the exact design before you order.

Yes — you can drop a logo into the center of the QR code as an option. We keep it small and boost the code's error-correction so it still scans reliably.

Absolutely — upload your logo or art and choose which side of the QR code it sits on (left, right, top, or bottom). We remove the background automatically so the sticker follows your design's outline, but if you'd rather keep the whole image — background and all — there's a Background toggle in the editor that switches to your full original picture.

QR code stickers start from three popular sizes — 2 by 5, 2.5 by 5, and 3 by 6 inches — and you can freely resize the sticker in the editor from 1 by 2 inches up to 8 inches per side. The builder keeps the QR itself above its minimum scannable size, and a larger sticker makes the code easier to scan from a distance — great for windows, signs, and packaging.

Yes — you can recolor the whole sticker (the default is white). We keep the code readable, so lighter colors work best; if you pick a very dark color we keep a light patch behind the code so it still scans.

Yes — they're printed on thick, weatherproof white vinyl that's laminated to resist water, scratches, and fading. They hold up outdoors, on water bottles, and even in the dishwasher.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days after you approve your design, and standard shipping usually takes about 2–5 business days — so around a week in total.

Longer links make a denser, busier QR code that has to be printed larger to scan well. If your link is very long we'll flag it in the builder — a shorter link (or a link shortener) or a bigger size keeps it easy to scan.

Pricing is based on the size and quantity you choose, just like our other stickers — the more you order, the lower the price per sticker. You'll see the exact total in the builder before you check out.

Sticker packs let you mix and match from our library of 240+ ready-made designs — original art we designed in-house. Pick your favorites, choose a size and finish for each, and build a pack of 25 or more. Every pack is printed fresh when you order; the designs print as-is (no editing or customization), which also means no proof step.

You'll get that exact design — every sticker is printed straight from the same artwork you see on the site, with no editing. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printed material: screens display color with RGB light while printing uses CMYK inks on white vinyl, so printed colors can look a little less bright than a phone or monitor shows them.

A pack needs at least 25 stickers in total and can go up to 500. Any whole number in between works — 27, 33, 106 — and the 25 minimum is for the whole pack combined, not per design, so you can include just one or two of a favorite design.

Yes — that's the whole idea. Every sticker in the pack can be a different design, a different size (2" up to 8" squares), and a different finish (glossy or matte). Everything you add pools toward the same 25-sticker minimum and the same pack pricing.

No — our ready-made designs print as-is: the design you see is the design you get, with no editor, borders, or color changes. That's what lets them skip proofing and ship fast. If you want to customize artwork or upload your own, our custom die-cut, circle, and square stickers include the full editor.

The total number of stickers in your pack sets the price tier — the same tiers as our custom stickers (25, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500) — and every sticker is then priced at its own size's rate for that tier, so bigger packs cost less per sticker. There's one extra guarantee: you'll never pay more than the next tier's pack would cost. If your pack total ever crosses that line, we automatically cap the price and show the reduction in your cart.

No proof is needed — the ready-made designs aren't edited or customized, so there's nothing to review or approve. That's also why sticker packs move to printing faster than custom orders.

It's a discount in your favor. Your pack's price is capped so it never exceeds what the next-size-up pack would cost — if your stickers priced individually would cross that line, the cap line subtracts the difference. When you see it, you're already paying that bigger pack's price, so adding a few more stickers costs little or nothing extra.

Yes. Every design comes in your choice of glossy or matte lamination, chosen per sticker — you can even order the same design in both finishes within one pack. Both finishes use the same protective laminate over white vinyl.
