We make custom stickers in three shapes — die-cut (cut to your design's outline), circle, and square — each with your choice of glossy or matte lamination that's water- and scratch-resistant. Choose a size from about 2" up to 8" (or set a custom size), upload your own design, and we print and ship it, usually within about a week.

All stickers are printed on premium, high-quality sticker paper with your choice of glossy or matte lamination. The lamination protects against water, scratches, and UV fading.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after that, so you can expect your stickers within a week.

We offer stickers from 2"x2" up to 8"x8". You can also set custom dimensions using our size controls in the shop. Pricing adjusts based on the total square-inch area.

Absolutely! Our Custom Stickers option lets you upload PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF files up to 25MB. We also provide a built-in background removal tool and sticker editor so you can perfect your design before ordering. Please note: we do not print copyrighted or trademarked artwork unless you can provide documentation proving you have permission or a license to use it.

We welcome original artwork, personal photos, business logos, and any designs you own the rights to. However, we cannot print copyrighted or trademarked material without proof of permission or a valid license. This includes artwork created by other artists. Orders found to contain unauthorized material may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of Upgraded Prints.

We accept PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Our DPI indicator will show you the print quality based on your file resolution and chosen size.

No design skills? No problem. Just upload what you have and describe what you're looking for in the Special Instructions field — colors, layout changes, text adjustments, background removal, whatever you need. Our team will put together a proof of concept and send it your way for approval before we print anything. You only pay once you're happy with the final design.

Die-cutting means we cut each sticker precisely along the contour of your design instead of leaving a rectangle or square border. This gives your stickers a professional, custom look.

Yes! We offer quantity tiers from 25 to 500 stickers. The per-unit price drops significantly as quantity increases — for example, ordering 500 stickers can cost less than half per sticker compared to ordering 25.

Glossy finish has a shiny, reflective coating that makes colors appear more vibrant and saturated. Matte finish has a smooth, non-reflective surface that looks more elegant and is easier to write on. Both include protective lamination.

Yes — every sticker is finished with protective lamination (glossy or matte) that guards against water, scratches, and UV fading, so they hold up great on water bottles, laptops, and everyday outdoor use. For surfaces that face constant harsh sun, heavy weather, or repeated dishwasher or car-wash cycles, how long they last depends on the surface and care.

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface and press from one edge to the other to avoid bubbles. The lamination holds up well on water bottles, laptops, and car windows. Very textured or rough surfaces reduce how well the adhesive can grip.

A 3"x3" sticker is our most popular all-purpose size — great for laptops and water bottles. Go smaller (around 2") for phone cases or planner stickers, and larger (up to 8") for car windows, signage, or bold designs. You can set any custom size in the shop, and pricing adjusts to the total area.

The size you choose is your artwork's width and height — the design area itself. For die-cut stickers we add a thin border just outside that, so the finished sticker ends up a touch larger than the size you enter.

Yes — our editor has a built-in background-removal tool, and you can preview the result before you order. If it needs a manual touch-up, mention it in the Special Instructions and we'll clean it up on your proof.

Screens display color with light (RGB) while printing uses inks (CMYK), so some shades — especially very bright neons — can look slightly different in print. For custom edits we send a proof so you can check the colors before we print.

For custom edits and design help, we send a proof for your approval and won't print until you're happy — you only pay once you love it. Straightforward uploads print as submitted, so double-check your file and chosen size before ordering.

Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number, and you can check the status anytime from our Track Order page or by asking the support chat "where is my order?"

Because each order is custom-made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right — reach out with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
