Privacy Policy
Effective August 16, 2026
Upgraded Prints LLC (“Upgraded Prints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom and ready-made sticker printing to customers in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website and services, you agree to this Policy. Our services are directed to U.S. customers only.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information (when you create an account): your name, email address, and phone number. Accounts and sign-in are handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Order and shipping information: contact name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order details (sizes, finishes, quantities, notes).
- Uploaded content: artwork, images, logos, or text you upload to design a custom sticker.
- Payment information: online payment isn't enabled yet, so we don't collect or process any card details. When it is, payments will be handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and we won't store full card numbers.
- Support communications: messages you send through our support chat, and information you provide when you open a support ticket or request a quote (such as your email and a description of your issue).
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: basic log information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: for essential functions like keeping you signed in and remembering your cart, and for limited analytics (see below).
- Support analytics: we keep anonymous, aggregated records of support-chat activity (identified only by a random session ID) to improve our help content. We do not store order numbers or email addresses in these records.
2. How we use your information
- Create and manage your account and process, fulfill, and ship your orders;
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions, tickets, and quote requests;
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues;
- Send you service and order-related communications, and — if you opt in — occasional promotions you can unsubscribe from at any time; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. AI-powered support
Our support chat is powered by AI models that read your question and generate a helpful reply.
- When you use the chat, the questions you type may be sent to those AI models to generate a response. Before sending any recent conversation context, we automatically remove identifiers such as order numbers and email addresses.
- Your chats are not used to train AI models. Conversations are sent over encrypted connections, and we take reasonable measures to keep this data secure and use it only to run and improve our support.
- We keep a record of your chat — labeled with a random Conversation ID (shown at the bottom of the chat window, not tied to your identity) — so we can review quality and improve our help content. We retain it until we no longer need it or you ask us to delete it. To have a chat removed, email us the Conversation ID at [email protected].
- The AI can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate information. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice. It does not provide legal advice — for legal questions (including intellectual-property or copyright matters), consult a qualified professional in your area.
- Order lookups and similar sensitive actions are handled by our own systems, not by the AI, and require verifying information such as your order number and email.
- Have a specific question about how our AI chat handles your information? Email us at [email protected] and we'll be glad to help.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.
Service providers. We use trusted third-party vendors to run our business — for example, for website hosting and infrastructure, account sign-in, data storage, AI-powered support chat (see Section 3), artwork and image processing, and order shipping. If you use address suggestions at checkout, the text you type into the address field is shared with our address-lookup service to fetch matching suggestions. We share only the information each provider needs to perform its service, and we require them to protect it. We can provide the specific list of providers we use on request — email us at [email protected] — or where required by law.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Upgraded Prints, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (sign-in, cart, security) and limited analytics. Most browsers let you control or disable cookies; blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works. We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. For the full details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill orders, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymous support analytics may be retained on an aggregated basis.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to opt out of certain uses.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request its deletion or correction, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to not be retaliated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and where required we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
Nevada residents. Upgraded Prints is a Nevada business. Under Nevada law you may submit a verified request directing us not to sell your covered personal information. We do not sell it, and our designated request address is [email protected] — we’ll respond within 60 days.
Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon) may have similar rights, which can include the right to appeal a decision on their request.
How to exercise your rights. Email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. If you have an account, you can also update or delete your information by contacting us — and we will not deny you service for exercising these rights.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites; review their privacy policies.
