Cookie Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Upgraded Prints LLC (“Upgraded Prints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. We keep them to a minimum — just what’s needed to run the site and understand how it’s used. It works alongside our Privacy Policy, and applies to customers in the United States.

The short version: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and hold your cart, plus limited, anonymous analytics to improve the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your information.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to make things work and to remember information between visits. “Similar technologies” include things like your browser’s local storage, which we use to remember your cart. In this policy we call all of these “cookies” for simplicity.

2. The cookies we use

  • Essential (always on). These make the site work and can’t be switched off. They keep you signed in and your session secure (handled by our sign-in provider), protect against fraud and abuse, and remember basic choices needed to complete an order. Without them, things like signing in and checking out won’t work.
  • Functional. These remember small preferences to make your visit smoother — most notably the contents of your cart, which we store in your browser so it’s there when you come back.
  • Analytics (first-party only). We keep limited, anonymous, aggregated records of how our site and support chat are used so we can fix confusing spots and improve our help content. This is our own first-party analytics — we don’t use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics.

3. What we don’t do

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don’t sell your personal information. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and, where appropriate, give you a clear choice before setting those cookies.

4. How to control cookies

  • Your browser. Most browsers let you see, block, or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may break sign-in, your cart, and checkout, so we don’t recommend it.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by law, we honor GPC browser signals. Because we don’t sell or share your information for advertising, there’s nothing for us to opt you out of today — but the signal is respected.
  • Do Not Track. Browsers don’t follow a common “Do Not Track” standard, so we don’t respond to those signals separately — but, again, we don’t track you across sites.

5. Changes to this policy

As our site grows we may add new cookies — for example, if we introduce analytics or marketing tools down the road. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, add a cookie banner or preferences control so you can make choices.
