Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective August 16, 2026
We want you to love your stickers. Because almost everything we make is custom and printed just for you, this policy explains when an order can be cancelled, what happens if something’s wrong, and how refunds and reprints work. It applies to orders placed with Upgraded Prints (United States).
1. Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production. Once you approve your proof — or are deemed to have approved it — your order moves toward production and can generally no longer be cancelled, since it’s made to order specifically for you. Reach out as soon as possible and we’ll always try to help.
If we can’t print your order and can’t reach you. Sometimes we spot something we shouldn’t print through — artwork too low-resolution for the size chosen, a QR code that won’t scan, a cut line we can’t trace cleanly. When that happens your order waits for your answer rather than printing. If we still haven’t heard from you after 5 calendar days of trying, we may cancel it and refund you in full. We’d rather give your money back than print something you won’t be happy with — reorder whenever suits you.
2. Custom & made-to-order items
Because custom stickers are produced to your exact design, size, and finish, they can’t be returned for a change of mind or buyer’s remorse — the same standard you’ll find across custom printing. What we absolutely stand behind is that your order arrives correct and well-made (see below).
3. If something’s wrong — we’ll make it right
If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, let us know within 3 business days of delivery and we’ll fix it — with a free reprint (our usual first step) or a refund. A quick photo of the issue helps us sort it out fast, though a clear description works too.
Please double-check the artwork, spelling, and layout you approve before printing — small, normal variations in color (screens show RGB, we print CMYK), cut, and placement aren’t considered defects.
Because you approve your artwork on a proof before we print, issues you could have caught there (spelling, layout, sizing, resolution, or color) aren’t eligible for a refund or reprint. Genuine defects, transit damage, and our mistakes always are.
4. Shipping costs
If the problem is our fault (a defect or the wrong item), we cover the reprint and standard shipping at no cost to you. For other situations, original and return shipping costs aren’t refundable.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a short description (and a photo, if it’s a quality issue) — or open a ticket right from the support chat on our site. We’ll get back to you quickly and make it right.
7. Questions
Not sure whether something’s covered? Just ask — reach us at [email protected]. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
